I believe that profound and lasting transformations are complex processes that take time and a lot of introspective work and support, which is why I think that the most efective tools are development programs (see details here), that cover all these areas. However, in order to address certain immediate needs of the organization or function and in order to open the appetite for self-discovery, workshops are a great tool.
